Order Processing & Shipping Time

Once your order is confirmed, we process it within 1 to 5 business days.

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse or certified logistics partners to ensure quality and speed.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 1 to 5 business days after processing.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 5 to 21 business days after shipment
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout. Delivery time varies by destination

Carriers & Order Tracking

We work with both local and international carriers, including DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, and regional partners, depending on your location.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order status in real time.

You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.

Delays & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please first check with the carrier using your tracking number.

If the carrier cannot locate your package or marks it as lost, contact us immediately at support@nuvra.com.

Once a delivery failure is verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.


Important Notes

  • If you paid by bank transfer or a local payment method, validation may take up to 5 business days, potentially affecting the shipping timeline.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, shipments may take longer than usual.
  • NUVRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, local postal services, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • For unclaimed or returned packages due to address errors, customers will be responsible for reshipping costs.
