Welcome to NUVRA! By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. Order Guarantee & Delivery Protection

✅ We guarantee worldwide delivery, with a primary focus on Europe and the United Kingdom. If your order is not delivered due to verified external issues, NUVRA offers a full refund after confirmation of the loss.

✅ Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery status.

✅ For any issues, please contact our support team at support@nuvra.com. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve your case.


2. Payment Security & Processing

NUVRA ensures secure transactions through certified payment providers and fraud prevention systems.

✔ We accept major payment methods, including Credit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and region-specific alternatives.
✔ All card transactions undergo anti-fraud verification.
✔ Payment confirmation may take 1–3 business days depending on your provider.

📌 Important: Ensure your payment details are accurate. We are not responsible for checkout errors, declined transactions, or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping (free): Typically 5–21 business days depending on destination.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

Once shipped, NUVRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

📌 Tracking Code: Sent to your email within 1–5 business days after order processing.

Shipping Issues:

  • Check delivery status using your tracking number
  • Contact the local courier if necessary

📌 Orders returned due to incorrect or unclaimed addresses:
The customer must cover reshipping fees. Refunds will not be issued in such cases unless required by applicable EU or UK consumer law.


4. Returns & Exchanges

We aim for your complete satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange a product, the following applies:

Eligibility:
✔ Change of mind: Request within 14 days of receiving your order
✔ Manufacturing defect: Request within 30 days of delivery
✔ Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition

📌 Returns are not accepted on promotional or discounted items unless legally required under consumer protection laws.

How to request a return or exchange:

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  • Our team will respond within 48 business hours with the next steps

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For defective items: NUVRA covers return shipping
  • For voluntary returns or exchanges: Customer covers return shipping

📌 Requests submitted after the legal or stated deadline will not be accepted.


5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.


6. Additional Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details. NUVRA is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📌 Reshipments:
For orders returned due to unclaimed or incorrect addresses, customers are responsible for additional shipping fees before reshipment.

📌 Agreement to Terms:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service, including potential delivery timelines, product limitations, and rights in accordance with applicable European and UK consumer laws.
